  The New World Translation and
  Hebrew Versions 

    This 31-page book gives a fascinating insight into the divine name as it occurs in the Hebrew Versions J¹⁷ and J¹⁸. These two versions were used as important "J" documents in the translation of the New World Translation Greek Scriptures. According to the title pages of both J¹⁷ and J¹⁸, these two Hebrew versions were produced by THE SOCIETY FOR DISTRIBUTING THE HOLY SCRIPTURES TO THE JEWS. J¹⁸ was published by THE TRINITARIAN BIBLE SOCIETY. The questions this short book asks are these: "Why did the New World Bible Translation Committee choose Hebrew versions produced by a Trinitarian Bible publisher as support documents for their New World Translation?" and, "What translation bias will we find in a 'New Testament' published by a Trinitarian Bible publisher for the purpose of converting Jews to a belief in Jesus as Messiah?"
